We're happy to share with you more information about how the Link and Scan feature works in the Tada app.
If you are a Tada member and have the app downloaded, you can link your loyalty accounts by entering your online login credentials for qualifying merchants. You will have the option to link through a few different screens.
The link option can be found on the Merchant Detail Screen for the qualifying merchant. Note, if you do not see the “Link Account” option for a specific Merchant, it means the merchant is not yet set up with this feature and you will be unable to link.
If you are going through the traditional upload flow and select a store (as if you were going to upload a receipt), you will see a pop up prompting you to link your online account for that merchant.
Once you “Link” your account, after you shop, you are required to go back into the app and actually tap the “Scan Account” button. The scan won’t automatically look back at your purchase history unless you tap this button in the app. You can Scan your account on the Merchant Detail Screen OR if you are going through the upload flow and select a store you have linked, you will get a pop up prompting you to scan.
